The grocery store...

~ Go to a Farmer's Market
~ Buy all organic foods(yeah, it's more expensive, but it's worth it!) OR
~ Buy yourself some flowers instead of food. Food makes you fat, but flowers
make you happy.
What to do instead of eating:
~ Dance!
~ Clean the house(Dance to music as you clean. It's fun and burns calories!)
~ Take a walk
~ Eat crushed ice(Helps fight cravings and keeps you hydrated!)
~ Exercise! Do some aerobics, yoga, or pilates to tone your body and burn
fat and calories.
Excuses for not eating or accepting food:
~ "I ate  just a little while ago."
~ "My stomach is upset."
~ "I'm just not hungry. I can't eat when I'm not hungry."
~ "I don't like (name of food)"
Fasting Tipz:
~ Begin with the "2-4-6-8" plan, starting 4 days before an intended fast.
Eat 200 calories the first day, 400 calories the second day, 600 calories the
third day, and 800 calories the fourth day. Then start your fast.
~ I find it extremely fun to bellydance! I love it! I work up a sweat every time, but I'm more energized afterwards!
