| ~ Dance! |
| ~ Clean the house(Dance to music as you clean. It's fun and burns calories!) |
| ~ Take a walk |
| ~ Eat crushed ice(Helps fight cravings and keeps you hydrated!) |
| ~ Exercise! Do some aerobics, yoga, or pilates to tone your body and burn |
| fat and calories. |
| Excuses for not eating or accepting food: |
| ~ "I ate just a little while ago." |
| ~ "My stomach is upset." |
| ~ "I'm just not hungry. I can't eat when I'm not hungry." |
| ~ "I don't like (name of food)" |
| Fasting Tipz: |
| ~ Begin with the "2-4-6-8" plan, starting 4 days before an intended fast. |
| Eat 200 calories the first day, 400 calories the second day, 600 calories the |
| third day, and 800 calories the fourth day. Then start your fast. |
| ~ I find it extremely fun to bellydance! I love it! I work up a sweat every time, but I'm more energized afterwards! |
