| Pure World was formed under a Black Winter Sky in �92 by Thazgarth (Battle Drums) and NightDemon (Shrieker and 666 String Holocaust). The 2 were shortly joined by very longtime friend Mordor who played bass on the 1st two Cult demos �The Great Battle� and �Purification�. Each demo sold out thru the underground extremely quick. The music has been called cold, barbaric, battle metal. After the second demo the situation with Mordor was unbearable, so he was asked to leave. Pure World went into a long hiatus till NightDemon continued to press and write new material despite losing a longtime comrade. The 2 were then joined by the mighty forces of Glantor on the bass. Glantor�s technique immediately improved on the already relentless assault. Finally to complete the lineup Trogdor joined as a master in the art of face painting, knife crafting and dealing with general impure scum of the earth. The music still remained cruel and filthy, but now had more an attacking drive. The group now went in to record a self financed full length LP �Attack the Enemy�. This was also released on Limited Edition Splatter Vinyl to a 100 Copies. Pure World is currently writing new material for the new LP. This is supposed to be the most brutal music yet from the Pure ones. Pure World, although having a huge cult following, remain only playing extreme underground shows. Pure World is uncompromising and doesn�t really care what�s going on in �the scene�. They don�t care to do �gigs� with this mainstream filth, but only true underground shows.
