Raise the Dead
Chapter Two: Turel

 ".....Father......?"

Kain panted, leaning heavily on the side of the sarcophagus. "Yesss...." He swallowed hard, turning ot his new fledgling. This one was heavier built than his first. Far heavier built. Thick muscles coated his body, over his heavy frame and still, despite his powerful form, his golden eyes were as innocent and meek as Raziel's. The young vampire reached out, wanting to be
closer to him, grasping him at the waist, and holding him tightly. Kain absently stroked his matted, long hair as he recovered from his end of the ordeal.

In a short while Kain finally spoke again. "Come...let go of me. We have to move."

Turel nodded and withdrew, letting Kain work his way out of the stone box and helping the other out as well. In the middle of the room, Turel paused as Kain lead him out. "Father?"

"Yes childe?"

"Where am I? Who are these others?"

"You at the place of your end, and your beginning. These others...will be your siblings in time. Come, we have to return to vorador's mansion in a couple days. Your elder brother awaits you."

"Brother?"

"Sibling, fellow fledgling, and one day, fellow lieutenant, yes...brother. Come." Kain waved him on and Turel followed obediently.

In the same period of time, he had returned back to the swamps, giving Turel a few important lessons all along the way about his new vulnerabilities. Inside, however, Turel showed the same nervousness and fear that Raziel had, though this time, another fledgling was present.

Vorador walked over to him. Though Vorador exceeded him in height, he did not posses the body mass that Turel did. He was still an intimidating figure, more so to the uneasy fledgling. Vorador raised his chin and did the same examination he had Raziel, but this time with out the anger. He was soon released. "He was their sorcerer and his knowledge and talent for it remains. He is harmless however."

Behind him, Raziel was peeking around a large, plush chair, the acquired self reassurance he had gained dover the past couple days gone with the new comer. He slipped out of the chair and around Kain, to lean his head against his shoulder, watching this new fledgling before him. Kain gently pushed him away and towards Turel.

"Meet your brother, Turel." He turned to Turel, "This is your elder brother, Raziel."

For amount, the two fledglings stood there, staring at one another as both were uncertain what to make of the other. At least until Raziel reached out and poked Turel as if to see he were real. His finger met flesh, which gave away a little under the light pressure, letting him know he wasn¹t staring at some illusion. Turel watched that slow moving hand and blinked when he was poked, then to look up at Raziel with a slightly confused expression.

Turel watched Raziel as he watched him, looking over his new sibling. Deciding he was harmless to him, Raziel walked closer to him, Turel backing away slightly. Raziel still advanced, grabbing his shoulder and coming closer to him. Raziel gave him a curious look then embraced him. Turel stood shaking at first, then relaxed, seeing the friendly gesture. He slowly brought up a hand and patted Raziel's back in return before Raziel finally let him go.

To the side, Vorador chuckled. "I must admit one thing, Kain. It seems your fledglings are friendlier towards each other than mine ever had been. Perhaps the fresher start is a good thing," He said with a bit of humor.

"Yes...I do remember past...incidents..." Kain said thoughtfully. "I hope my luck holds out in this case."

"Come, allow my servants to get him settled in and cleaned up," Vorador said, waving Turel along. "Come young one." Turel followed nervously, looking back at Kain for reassurance.

"Go Turel," Kain said, waving him along.

After they left, Raziel turned to his creator and hugged him as well. "He hurt him?"

Kain looked down at him, stroking the side of his face. "I doubt it."

Raziel blinked, thinking on that. "Whyyy?" He looked up at  Kain with pain in his eyes. "Why hurt me and not him...not fair.... whyyyy?" he nussled into Kain¹s shoulder, crimson tears welling up in his eyes.

"Shhhhh....you¹ve been here with Vorador. I know him well enough to know his anger burst hotly, but is short lived. He has lead a hard life and has lost much. He was afraid you would hurt him," Kain said gently.

"How....I am...weak...compaired to everyone...."

"Shhhh...." Kain said gently again. He tugged on Raziel, taking him over to a couch and letting Raziel coil up next to him. "You're not weak. You are my childe, and you will never be weak."

"But you brought home Turel..."

"He is second. You are my first and don¹t ever forget that fact." Kain petted him as he snuggled closely. "You will have more siblings, but know your places. You are first. Turel is second and everyone so on after that."

"I'm....first..."

"Yes. You don¹t have to worry."

"Okay," Raziel said, so trusting of his sire. A while later, Turel returned, cleaned up and dressed in some loose, temporary clothes. He looked over at the two, then tenatively walked over, taking a place on Kain¹s other side. He looked over at Raziel uncertinaly. Raziel looked over at him, feeling better now, smiles to him. He snuggled closer to Kain, the smile staying.

"Calm down Raziel," Kain said. "I am going to lie down some rules now. You will know your place, in your birth order. You will not fight amongst yourselves. You will respect each other and work together when it proves nessicary. Above all, you will obey me."

The two fledglings watched him speak, taking in each of his words well. "Yes father," the both said in unison.

"Good," Kain pushed them aside gently so he could stand. "I am going to leave you two for  a while. I have other things to attend and this will give you time for you two to aquaint yourselves. I expect the two of you to behave," he added.

The both nodded and watched him go, then turned to each other. Raziel immediately leaned closer to Turel, curiosity taking over his insecurity. Turel backed off some, falling over backwards as Raziel moved over him. His golden eyes flicked over Turel's face, moving his head occasionally as he looked. He leaned down closer to him, then leaned a little closer. He paused there, judging Turel's reaction before leaning down and pressing their lips together.

Turel's eyes went wide, as this was forced upon him. His body went stiff, shaking, wondering what the other was going to do next. Raziel backs away, licking his lips as is he were tasting something. He slowly smiled and looked back at Turel. He leaned over again to kiss him again, licking at his lips this time. Turel relaxed a little more this time, letting his elder sibling do this for he seemed harmless enough.

Slowly, Raziel worked lower, licking and nibbling at him. Turel's head tilted back as Raziel took his time, working down slowly as if to savor him. Turel's hands closed and opened repeatedly, his breath catching in his throat as Raziel moved lower, working over his powerful chest, using his tongue as he had learned so soon to do. He kept going down, licking him more like he was a treat. He continued more, pushing down his pants and playing with the line of hair to his already stiff lenth. Raziel hungarly worked up it, licking at it like a popcicle, kissing and lapping at the  head. Turel gasped, his body moving, clenching at the couch.

Raziel was just short of wrapping his lips around Turel¹s lenth when he heard someone clear their throat loudly. Raziel looked up, giving a very deer in headlights look as the both of them seen Kain standing there with a bemused smile on his face. "I'm glad you two are getting along but there is such a thing as a time and place for everything. Here is not one of them."

"Sorry father," the both of them said.

"Keep it in your bedchamber in the future."

"Yes father," they both replied again. Turel's eyes were half on the floor, half staring at Raziel's leg, shuifting uncomfortably beneath the other. Raziel's eyes were half to the floor as well, half at his stiff lenth, bobbing as Turel shifted.

Kain smiled. "You two may finish, but remember what I said in the future."

The both of them looked at him, smilng broadly, watching Kain as he left then turning back to each other. Rasiel leaned down, picking up where he left off and leaning down, enveloping his lenth with his lips. Turel's back arced and he groaned as wet lips closed around him and started to suck.

As he worked, his hand slid between his wilingly parting legs, giving a few soft strokes to his sac, then lower, to touch his opening. Turel gasped louder  and whiimpered, moving towards his hand. Raziel smiled around his thick shaft and pulled away, smiling up to him. He slides up over the slightly younger fledgling, meeting his lips and kissing him again. He shifted his hips, leading his legs open and pressing against him. Turel's hips rose, meeting the touch. Raziel¹s lips moved, to nibble at Turel's ear
as he pushed. Turel's body frose, stiffening.

"AAahhh!!!!"

"Hurts?"

"Yessss...."

Raziel frowned, then remembered. He reached down, to stroke his lenth. Slowly, Turel relaxed some. He reached further between them, cuppinghis sac again and massaging it, trying to duplicate the same actions that Kain had used on him. His efforts however simply were not as effective as Kain's touch had been. Of course, he was completely trusting of Kain, much like Turel must be, and he was not Kain. He idly fingered the head of Turel¹s member, considering what to do now.

After a moments thought, he moved, changing his position so he stradeled Turel instead, brushing his rear against his lenth. He purred as he worked against it, then poised himself over Turel's hard lenth. Turel looked up at him quizzitively. Raziel smiled lightly, then let himself down, easing himself onto him. Turel gasped, unable to control his hips pushing up into him. Raziel grunted, feeling himself be stuffed faster. He quickly sank onto the other, resting, rear against hips.

Turel's fingers were imbedded into the couch, panting, his muscled chest raising and droping rapidly. Raziel smiled. "We've just started..." He leaned forward some, moving his hips, the first rise upon his lenth. Turel groaned, his head arching back. Raziel eyed that opening, but kept moving, rocking his hips as he moved atop the other, creating different sensations inside himself, moaning as he moved.

Turel's hips met Rasiel's movements, instinctively thrusting up in return. Their coupling lasted but a few short minutes; Turel's body arched, grapsing ahold of Raziel and suddenly thrusting up into him quickly before he cried out, climaxing deep inside the other. Raziel reached down, giving himself a grasing touch and joined him, the last bit of stimulus he needed to join the other.

Lasily, he looked down at the mess he had made. He leaned down and licked Turel free of the spilled seed. He lie atop the other afterwords, to rest, eyes mostly closed. Around the corner, Kain smiled, having listened to the whole thing. He walked around the corner and smiled to the two of them, shaking his head. "Now that you two are done, off to bed with you. I need to
go out with Vorador and capture your dinners. Behave both of you."

Sluggishly, they pulled each other apart, picking up their things and headed to their bedchambers. Kain watched, arms folded with a half smile. He shook his head, and walked away. "Fledglings..."

He walked down a hallway, to find Vorador waiting for him. "What kept you?"

"The two were....busy..."

Vorador smiled. "I see. Come...now that you have two hungary mouthes to feed...we must get moving."

A couple days later....

"Father look!" Turel pointed to Raziel, whom was staring at his hands in fascination.

Kain stood from his seat and walked over. Raziel had been napping, as seemed the tendency of his young fledglings to do. This time however, when he awoke, he found a change. "So...you grow claws already..."

Vorador looked over from where he sat, ears perked in alertness. "Yes...they change quickly." He looked at the sharp black points that rose from Rasiel's fingertips, watching as the youngling flexed and wiggled his fingers, fascinated at his change. "It took you far longer to grow your own..." He said, looking at Kain.

"Yes..." Kain patted Rasiel on the head, Rasiel smiling gleefully in return. "Perhaps we should teach him to use them..."

"That would be a good idea. Teach him and give him an easy area to hunt in and learn to hunt there. Since you plan to raise more, the sooner they learn, the easier it will be to feed them all."

"More brothers?" Turel asked curiously. Raziel tilted his head and pouted.

"Yes...more brothers," Kain said to them. "Remember those rules? You two are my first two, no one else is going to replace you. You have little to worry about."

"How many more?" Raziel asked, raising his head to look at his sire.

"There will be six of you total. Tomorrow I will go to raise the third," Kain said. "Tonight, you will recieve your first hunting lessons. Come Raziel..."

The older fledlging stood, nervous, glancing at his brother, who had yet to show such a change. "Come, it is alright." Kain waved a hand, beckoning him over. Raziel followed, tenatively. Kain carefully laid a hand on his shoulder, leading him away.

Over an allyway in a village nearby, a couple hours later...

//There...// Kain pointed, to a man who was shambling along, obviously one of the dregs, weak and easy for a fledgling to take. //Take him...I will be watching over you...//

Raziel peered down, coiling himself to pounce, as his father had shown him earlier, and lept to the ground. He dropped clumbsily behind the man, mistakes expected of his first, though guided,  hunt. He looked up at the human, the human staring back in confusion. Remembering what to do, Rasiel stood quickly and grabbed the man by the throat. The man tried to scream,
struggling in his grip. Raziel tilted his head as he watched the man claw at his arm and hand, trying to get free. After a ocuple minutes of struggling, the man slowed down, tiring.

"Please...please don't hurt me...I have nothing I can give you..."

"But I don¹t want anything," Raziel replied. "I have no need for rags."

"Then why...?"

"I' a vampire...so I'm told...and this is my first hunt..."

"No! Nooo!! Pleaase no...I can tell you of another place to learn...just let me go..."

//Finish him now Raziel!// Kain's voice commanded.

"Yes father..." Raziel looked the human over, ttrying to find a place which to sup away hs life.

"The Sire? Here...Noo!" the man mind fell to a whimpering collection of babbling, now too frightened and knew he was surely doomed.

//Take his life Rasiel...//   Kain watched from above as Rassel faltered, watching hte human confused, his grip loosening to the point the human was able to wrom away and try to run off. Kain hissed and dove after the beggar, pouncing him and slashing his throat with his claws. He turned, looking at Raziel with a hard expresion.

"Why did you falter? His life was yours for the taking."

"I....he is..was living..."

"That is the point Raziel. We are not defined as Vampires for feeding off grains and plants all of our lives, never ot taste a single drop of blood. We live only because we kill and take blood of the living to survive. This is our life, this is our way. I have shown you the easy areas which to hunt. Taking these wretches lives is only mercy upon them. In their cases, you are doing them a favor by killing them."

"But...wasn't I living once?"

"Yes...as was I. as was Turel and Vorador. We all were. We can¹t go back once we are turned from the light. There is no cure for our condition either," Kain explained.

"To kill in order to live another day..."

"Yes...come now. Feed...blood cools so quickly and it tastes horrid when it is cool."

Raziel walked over slowly, looking down at the pile of rags on the ground. Kain reached down, picking it up and holding it for him. "Feed..."

Rasiel looked at him, then to it. He reached forward, taking it, bending back the head and biting into cooling flesh. He drained it and let it fall, looking down at it sadly, then up to Kain. "Come...the first hunt is sometimes the saddest of any of them. In time you will grow used to this life and it will not bother you nearly as much."
