Tracy McGrady, aka. T-mac has taken the NBA by storm. Although McGrady has struggled the first two years in the NBA coming straight out of high school, he improved his ratings dramaticly. The 2003 season, he led the NBA in scoring he is by far the best overall player in the NBA.
