Healing can promote wellness,help prevent physical illness and support the recovery of existing symptoms.It can also be very helpful in a crisis situation and with terminal illnesses.Healing often involves some form of change in a client's overall way of being.It maybe through the release of redundant patterns,a relief of stress and tensions or a deeper insight into the cause of a specific problem or symptoms.It may also be through revitalisation,relaxation or establishing a greater amount of peace and harmony.
What will I expect during a Crystal or Energy Healing Session
You will be asked to remove your jewellery and to sit on a chair or lie on a couch during the treatment.You will also be fully clothed,less shoes.The healer will help you relax and for crystal healing,may then place some crystals on or around your body.You my experience a slight tingling or nothing at all.At times existing issues may slightly intensify before being released.This occurs usually within three days of treatment and the healer will explain to the client what to expect,should this happen.
A session will last about 3/4 hour to an hour.
