Prince Charming
Chapter 4
After walking around for about 20 minutes Madison decided it had been enough time for her and her mother to cool down, she could now return to the rest of her family.

"Ok now we can go pick up Jaime's dress and shoes and then go to lunch."
Gwen stated brightly, not awknoleging Madison's presence.

"Ok Let's go." Mark said while grabbing his keys.

The entire ride to the tailor was in silence. No one said a word.  They quickly picked up Jaime's dress and shoes and head to Mimi's cafe where they were to meet Lance and his family for lunch.  When they arrived the Bass family had just gotten there. They all said their hello's and went to were seated at a table outside.  Madison was trying her hardest not to comment on everything stupid her mother said.

"So Madison, Jaime told us you lived in New York then in Fort Lauderdale." Diane Lance's mother asked wanting to have madison join their conversation.

"Yes, I live in New York for about a year and a half then I moved to Fort Lauderdale for a couple of months, but I just moved back to Orlando." She tried to avoid saying anything about her job as not to provoke her mother

"That's nice." Diane smiled, Madison could see the resemblance between lance and his mother they obviously had a good relationship.   They spent the rest of their lunch chatting about how happy they were Lance and Jaime were getting married and how they couldn't wait to be grandparents and aunts.

After Lunch everyone went their separate ways. Since everyone had come in one car They stopped at home to get thier own.  Madison went to go see her new aparment. Lance and Jaime went on their last "date" before they were married. Mark and Lance's dad went to play golf.  While Gwen being the social butterfly that she is was attempting to pull Diane into her little "Popular group" or so Madison referred to it.

Madison got home later that night.  She didn't want to see anyone especially her mother so she went straight to bed everyone had to wake up early so she thought: Early to bed Early to rise.

The next morning everyone was up and about by 8 o'clock.  Gwen was busy taking care of last minute arrangements and yelling at Kierstyn the wedding planner.  Everyone was doing something, she looked around Jaime was no where in sight. She stepped outside for a while to get away from all the noise inside, Jaime was sitting on the porch quietly.

"Hey JJ What's wrong?" Madison asked taking a seat next to Jaime.

"Nothing." Jaime replied blankly

"Well it has to be something I mean or else you wouldnt' be sitting out here by yourself doing nothing you're supposed to be happy your getting married."

"I know but I just wish mom would let me plan this a little myself let me take care of somethings I sit there and watch her yell at Kierstyn and damn it I want to be the one to yell at her!" Madison couldn't help but laugh

"Well why don't you tell her that."

"Because I know how much this means to her and I don't want to hurt her feelings."

"Well it's your wedding don't you think it should mean a little more to you than it does to her?"

"Yeah your right. Thanks Madison what would I do without you."

"Ummm... probably be sitting out here while our lovely Gweneth plans your wedding for you."

"very funny."

Jaime finally told Gwen she didn't want her planning her wedding for her.  Although Gwen looked upset she layed off a bit and let Jaime yell at Kierstyn for once.  Finally around five o'clock Jaime started to get nervous. She had all her stuff but her dress on and she was getting cold feet.
