    She stood on the balcony. her blue-green eyes were glued to the sunrise and the waves. he stood leaning on the door. His blue eyes glazed her entire body, from head to toe.

     Justin walked up to her, he slowly wrapped his arms around her waist and layed his head gently on her shoulder. She could see him out of the corner of her eye. They said nothing just gazed at the waves crashing again the shore in Cancun, Mexico.

"You know it's barely 6 AM?" He asked softly in her ear. She giggled when she felt his breath on her ear.

"Yep" Madison said simply.

"Ok just makin' sure you knew." Justin said with a laugh.

"So today you actually have to work right?" Madison asked with a sigh.

"Yeah, but look on the bright side you get to get know Nikki" Justin said with a convincing smile.

"Oh yeah, she seems nice I can't wait to have a real talk with her." Madison said excitedly.

"I'm sure you do" Justin smiled, at the thought of Madison asking Nikki a million and one questions.

"What time do you have to leave?" Madison asked remembering he had to go with Blake to where the show was to be held.

"Not til 8" He said hugging her tighter to him.

     They stood there for a while longer then ate breakfast. Soon after Justin had to get ready to go. So he did. He got ready to leave.

"Bye" Madison said

"Bye I'll see you later." Justin said he gave her a kiss.

"I love you see you later." Madison said.

"Love you too bye" Justin said and finally leaving the room.

     Madison watched TV for a while then realized she was in Cancun. What was she doing watching 'The Price is Right' in Cancun, Mexico?!?! Then she remebered Nikki. Madison knew she wanted to talk to the girl. she picked up the phone and dialed Nikki and Blake's room.

"Hello?" Nikki answered.

"Hey Nikki it's Madison." Madison said.

"Oh hi how may i help you?" Nikki asked Madison could tell she was nervous talking to her.

"I was wondering if you wanted to hang out today since Blake and Justin are both gone, and i guess i would like to be your friend." every single word of that was true.

"Yeah sure" Nikki said

"Great I'll meet you in the lobby in an hour how's that?" Madison suggested.

"Great see ya then" Nikki hung up.

     Madison got ready she put on her bathing suit and shorts. an hour later she was ready and headed down to the lobby. Nikki was sitting on a couch in the lobby. Madison walked over to her.

"Hey" Madison said. Nikki looked up.

"Oh hi" she said nervously. Madison could sense her tension.

"Ok where do you wanna go?" Madison asked.

"I really don't care." Nikki said.

"So if i said i wanted to go swimming in poop you wouldn't care?" Madison asked with a laugh.

"Well i guess i would care." Nikki said.

"You wanna go to the beach? cause i need a serious tan" Madison said looking down at her arms and legs. not only that but it was the perfect opportunity to talk.

"Sure let's go" Nikki said.

     They walked out to the beach which wasn't very crowded it was only 9 something AM. They got settled on the beach.

"So Nikki how long have you been friends with Blake?" Madison asked getting straight to the point.

"Since kindergarten so 12 years or so." Nikki said.

"Oh cool" Madison said

"Madison, do you mind if I ask you some questions? cuz i don't know much about you." Nikki asked.

"Go ahead and please call me Maddy everyone does." She smiled.

"Ok how old are you?" Nikki asked.

"I'm 23 and i'm assuming your 17 like Blake?" Madison answered and asked.

"Yeah we were born on the same day"

"Oh that's cool. April 10th" Madison confirmed.

"Yeah, How long have you known Justin?"

"Only a couple of months"

"And you're already dating?" Nikki asked surprised.

"Yeah, i think we knew eachother for like not even a month when we started dating, but i definietly love him." Madison said.

"Wow really?" Nikki asked amazed.

"Yeah it's great to have him" Madison said

"Can i ask you a question? Sorry i'm a journalist it's in my nature." Madison said

"No go ahead." Nikki said she was gettin confortable with Madison

"Are you and Blake like an item or what?" Madison asked.

"No we aren't. I kinda wish though. oh my gosh i can't believe i'm telling you this."

"I know i must seem like a complete stranger but i want you to know that you can talk to me and trust me or Jaime, or Lynnette, or Molly, or Gabby. We're all willing to listen and help you out. Jaime's my big sister and she's a great listener."

"REally i didn't know"

"So you like Blake?"

"Well yeah kinda, but it's just we've been friends for so long i don't want to ruin that."

"I know what you mean but do you think that you could live with being 'just friends'?" Madison asked.

"I don't know" Nikki said.

     They spent the rest of the afternoon talking and sipping drinks. Later that night they went to dinner and around 8:30 went back to their rooms

    Madison walked in the room to find Jusitn sprawled out on the bed.

"Hey" Madison said as she put her bag down.

"You're back!" Justin said excitedly.

"Yeah, oooh do i have tons to tell you." Madison said walking over to the bed and giving him a kiss.

"What?" Justin asked curiously

"Ok well i spent the day with nikki, oh yeah you can't tell anyone about this that would totally defeat the whole reason she told me this which is she kinda trusts me." Madison said.

"Yeah but she doesn't know you'll go run your mouth to me or Jaime or someone." Jusitn said laughing.

"Very funny" Madison said.

"That's ok i like your mouth." Justin said kissing her lips.

"Ok well anyway so she likes Blake but the thing is she doesn't want to ruin their friendship and i'm thinking him wanting to be famous and on the verge of it is in effect too. I think she doesn't want to get in the way." Madison said

"Well yeah it's kinda hard to have a girlfriend when you're always on tour and stuff." Justin said.

"yeah i can imagine but still i think they would look so cute together don't you?" Madison said pouting.

"So you're gonna play matchmaker?" Justin asked. Madison just smiled very BIG.

"Whatever you want is fine." Justin said.

"you have to help me" madison said.

"What? no i don't think so" Justin said shaking his head.

"Come on Justin please?" Madison said pouting. justin couldn't resist her face.

"alright fine."

"Oooh thank you soo soo much trust me you'll see how happy they'll be and you'll be thanking me." Madison said and gave him a kiss on the cheek.

'what have i gotten myself into?' Justin thought.
