Ring Ring!!! The phone in Madison's apartment started to ring.
"Hello" Madison answered the phone.
"Hey Maddy. It's Lynnette." Lynnette said brightly.
"oh hey what's up?" Madison asked it was Sunday and it was 10 o'clock she was still in her PJ's.
"nothing. i was wondering what you were doing today." Lynnette said curiously.
"umm... nothing i don't think why?" Madison asked hoping she wanted to do something because she didn't want to sit home all day and Jenn had to work today.
"Well Gabriella and i are going to lunch and shopping. you wanna go with us?" Lynnette asked hoping she would say yes. Lynnette really liked Madison she was sweet, funny and knew how to take a joke.
"yeah i would love to." Madison said excitedly, while she was trying not to sound like a teenager asked to be snuck into a night club.
"Ok great, well do you want to come over to my house say 12-ish?" Lynnette suggested.
"yeah all be there." madison said. Lynnette gave her directions to her house and she went and took a shower and got ready. She dressed in an olive green knee length skirt, and a tan colored tank top with a long robe like sweater. and brown boots that came to her knees. It was getting close to winter and it was the perfect attire for the season. Madison drove over to Lynnette's house.

Madison rang the door bell hoping she wasn't at the wrong house. Luckily Lynnette answered the door.
"hey girly." Lynnette said giving her a hug.
"hi, thanks for inviting me." Madison said greatfully.
"Oh don't worry about it, come on in." madison walked in and Gabriella was sitting on the couch.
"Hey" Gabriella said standing up and giving her a hug.
"Alright are we ready to go. This is a girls day out no guys. unfortunetly Jaime and Molly couldn't come so its just us." Lynnette said getting her purse for the counter.
"Yeah i'm ready lets go." Gabriella said also getting her purse.
The girls drove to Macaroni grill and were seated inside it was a bit too cold to be sitting outside. (i know florida doesn't get that cold but work with me here)
"So Maddy why did you leave so early yesterday? if you don't mind my asking." Lynnette said taking a sip of her iced tea.
"umm... i don't mind. I wasn't feeling too well." Madison said. The two other women had noticed her tense up when asked the question but they weren't ones to push.
"Oh, its a shame justin was looking for you everywhere." Gabriella said.
"i'm sure" Madison mummbled.
"What was that?" Lynnette asked.
"i didn't say anything." madison covered.
"oh ok." they both said at the same time, they could both see Madison had a thing for justin and vice versa.
"So Lynnette how did you and JC meet?" Madison asked.
"please call me Lynn. Lynnette sounds too formal." Lynnette said
"Ok"
"Well we met while *N sync was still going on i was a friend of Gabriella's and she was dating Joey at the time so we met through her and just kind of clicked." Lynn said smiling remembering the days before her and JC were married.
"how cute. Gabby how did you and Joey meet? sorry if i'm being nosey or rude, i'm a journalist its in my nature." Madison said smiling interestedly.
"It's ok. Actually i met Joey at a club. He was hitting on my friend Alana and they started dating and i was totally jealous and we kind of just fell for eachother, because we were just friends." Gabriella said.
"Wow." by this time they had already ordered and gotten their food. They ate and chatted about a lot of stuff. They got to know eachother better. Madison was glad she could make such great friends.

The three of them went to a large orlando mall, which madison used to go to when she was younger in high school.
"So Justin told us you picked eachothers costumes." Gabriella said slowly trying to get out of Madison the fact that she liked him.
"Umm... yeah it was pretty fun." Madison said trying to ignore the fact that Justin was the topic of conversation. The other two noticed when Justin was brought up Madison would quickly change the subject. They realized something was wrong.
The girls finished shopping it was about 6:30 and they all decided it was enough for one day and Madison went home. After Madison was gone Gabriella and Lynnette were talking.
"Man that girl has it bad for Justin." Lynnette said plopping down on her nice plush couch.
"Yeah tell me about it." Gabriella said sittin down next to her.
"There's something i don't know what yet but there is some reason why she doesn't want to admit it."
"Maybe she thinks it's too soon." Gabriella suggested.
"i dont think that's it. i'm going to figure out what. they seem so perfect for eachother." Lynnette said mischeviously.
"i'm going to figure out what" Lynnette thought out loud.
"you do that now." Gabriella said smiling
