| The year was going into the second semester, and I had been dating and partying! It was so much fun! I've had a couple of boyfriends off and on these past couple of monthes. I was so excited. We only had three or four monthes left of school! I was so excited about summer! I would get to go on tour with O-town! Jake told me I would get to take two friends along for one week! I was debating on who I was going to take, and I finally came to a conclusion that I would ask Shelby and Heather to come along with me. The next day...... I don't know why I felt nervous, but I did. " Hey guys!" I said nervously. They glanced up at me an then looked away. " So what's been goin' on?" I asked trying to make conversation. "Look Bridgette, you came here to say something, so get to the point!" Heather snapped at me! (I hated it when she called me Bridgette!) " Well, umm.... I just wanted to ask if you guys wanted to umm... well." I studdered. " Ok spit it out!" Heather said. I spoke very fast. " Well, this summer I'm going on tour with my brother, and I was just wondering if you guys wanted to go along with me for a week?" I asked finally catching my breath. "What?" Shelby asked in shock. " Are you serious?!" She replied again estaic! "Well, I'm gonna, we're gonna have think about it!" she said nudging Shelby. "Heather don't try to answer for me!" Shelby snapped at her. "So Bridgy tell us or me about this quest!" She said happily. She was always like that! I told her all about it, and her eyes just lit up. "Well I'm totally set! I'm game" Shelbs said excited. "I just don't know." Heather said looking down at the ground. "Are you crazy Heath? This is O-town we're talking about! This has to be a once in a lifetim chance and you're passing it up?!" She said trying to encourage her to go. Shelby started singing "We fit together". Heather was quiet for a moment, and a smile came to her face. "So what day do we leave again?!" Heather asked with a big smile of approval. |
