A non refundable deposit is required to hold a puppy/dog. It will NOT be refunded if you change your mind for ANY reason. If a deposit is taken before the whelping of any litter and the litter is lost you will have to wait until the next available litter. If the bitch fails to conceive then you will have to wait for the next litter. If any thing was to happen to the pup of your choice you have the options of 1. Waiting until the next available litter or 2. Picking another puppy from said litter.
No refunds will be given.
We require a $150.00 non refundable deposit**. NO puppy will be held without a deposit. To be fair to each person, all puppies will be sold to the first that sends their deposit to hold a puppy. The deposit is a guarantee that the buyer will complete the purchase by sending the rest of the money before picking up puppy or shipping. If your puppy doesn't require shipping and will be picked up a deposit is still required to hold a puppy.
This DEPOSIT CONTRACT (hereinafter CONTRACT) is effective when signed below by both Seller(s) and Buyer(s).
The following terms and conditions are agreed to between Seller and Buyer:
When a reservation for a puppy/dog is placed, a $150.00 deposit** is required and is non-refundable.
Balance will be due before puppy/puppies are relinquished to Buyer.
Puppies will not be released to new homes until the age of 6 weeks of age (at times 8 weeks of age).
Flight costs (if applicable) will be paid by buyer according to the current fees.
Puppies held beyond 8 weeks of age will be charged board at the rate of $5.00 per day.
