| All of my puppets are one-of-a-kind art pieces. Because of this it is difficult for me to duplicate most of my puppets. I can however create a puppet for you that is similar to the ones you see on this site. |
| Please note that because I am a full time school teacher, my puppet building time is very limited. Therefore, I am only able to build puppets for people who live in or around the Greater Toronto Area (CANADA). Thank you for your understanding. - Kanja Chen |

| There are two different puppet types that I am able to create for you; "Cartoon Style Puppets" or "Latex Cast Puppets". |

| Cartoon style puppet |
| Cartoon style puppets are similar in style to many of the puppets seen on television. They are made with 1/2 inch foam sheets and covered in Antron fleece. *These puppets are very difficult to reproduce since I do not use patterns (each is original). |

| Latex cast puppets are sculpted in plasticine, a cast is made of the face and liquid latex is poured in. The face is then hand painted. The result is a flexible rubber face that is very dramatic. *These puppets can be remade from the same mold and may have copies made similar to the original. |

| Although most puppets will cost between $295.00 and $425.00 (Canadian), please be aware that these are starting prices only. You must contact me to get an exact quote for the puppet you want built. Some puppets requiring faster delivery, or special order caricatures will cost more. |

| Costuming is not included in the purchase price, however if so desired it may be included. |

| I offer character development ideas and ideas for using you puppet in the classroom (if you are a fellow teacher) free of charge. |

| Please understand that because these puppets are one of a kind art pieces, there are no industrial guidlines for how I make a puppet. I may use found objects (e.g. ping pong balls for eyes, plastic toy pieces, etc.) to make my puppet creations. |
