Presently we are living in a patriarchal society and this is a confluence period between the end of Iron Age and the beginning of Golden age, and so the crime rate at this event is at its culmination. We are expecting Almighty to come down to purify the minds of hostile persons who are not worthy to live on this earth. People who are unethical are likely to be wiped out and there will be people on this earth having qualities which might be refined and gracious. Woman is not week, elegantly crafted, intrepid and a one woman army is good enough to face the maladies which are skin deep in our society. There are some jerks and infidels among the ethnic group who stop stringing to bring them into limelight and do not want to become the kind of persons the society wishes them to be. They always lurch back in their inner uncertainty and behave as reprehensible, barbaric and dastardly and such persons are likely to pack their bags sooner or later. They don�t want to reason it out except to coerce their opinion on their victims, presuming them ostensibly incapacitated. Most of them are misogynist and remain busy in their nothingness, and create steps which could be terrible to discern. The need of the hour is that we must change the way we deal with them.
Presently we want to take extreme steps to ease the situation but we shall not be troubling in the immoral way. We have learnt so many good things particularly a discipline which is infused in kids from the childhood and sensing the importance of strict criminal laws, which though are impotent and not implemented in the real sense, and because of that people don�t have any fear to play with them. In USA and European countries there is a free society and our culture which was known world vide, after adopting their manner and behavior, has been debased. We have started thinking ourselves as a physical entity and not as a soul, which is pure, lovable, intellectual, source of knowledge, peaceful and ocean of bliss. Sometimes the soul overpowers the intellect and is being attracted to things which are immoral and behaves as a bad driver to our physical body. At that moment people feel good at unsaid words but slip out when they want their thoughts to straighten out.
There is a parallel government running in India by Khaps, who hate women, believe in feticide and pronounce their diktat on dress code, and mobiles for women, as they have got full authority to do that. This is going on for several years and now the Supreme Court has taken the cognizance that what they are doing is illegal and has sought protection for women. Why the judiciary remained silent to take stringent action against their retrograde diktats and honour killings, and allowed them to have their own way? They go against the laws set by Indian Parliament to keep them in lime light. We have a strong policing, mighty power of our military, and if we remain unable to mould them it is really a pity and shame for us. Our country can�t come in the forefront unless we respect the laws and observe mutual respect for each other.
Woman don�t invite men to violate them and provoke them to voluntary rape as is believed by khaps, so-called holy men, and some intelligentsia from both sexes with unhealthy notions to impress upon the judiciary to follow the impotent laws blindly, and not to waver even in cases which are totally horrifying. The punishment in such cases should be exemplary, making others fearful not to commit such crimes thereafter. Why there is zero crime in Dubai and Singapore, the only reason is the fear and respect of law. The death of Nirbhaiya has disturbed the sleep of society, Government, and Judiciary and we now hope the imperfections to be removed, but the fire will not quench till she gets justice for herself and the women in general. Our judiciary has also got triggered to the dowry system, which is prevalent in our country since primitive times, and is the main cause of spoiling relationships between married couples. Such bad practices which are traditional and are prevalent in our country even up to this day should be wiped out completely - these are being encouraged by rich people and the middle class follow them to be squeezed.
Media and social media are enthusing women to get awake for their rights and this is the platform from where the unhealthy persons could be ridiculed, taught adult sophistication, and not to monopolize conversation in an attempt to feed them. Previously the woman took the rape as a stigma and usually committed suicide but the provocative-retrospection on the world situation has made them type darker than standard: �We are fearless and adventurous, thinking they are not at fault while becoming the victims of men�s atrocity.� The society has come forward to take good care of woman being labeled as weaker sex, and now they themselves are good enough to face the situation. Let woman be good souls like warrior woman (Jhansi Ki Rani) for the safeguard of their compatriots by wielding a charisma that had a way of endorsing everything they come across.
The system now is being supported in the right way and the neglect of woman is being stung to society and people who think woman as their mothers, wives, sisters, and daughters and are ready to provide them fanatical fandom, rather than romance needed by them. Her business is not to pop out babies, and to give full infusion of sociability to each and every member of the family, even if they are selfish and not respectful - being now fully emancipated she is likely to leave her soft and tentative attitude and adopt quite stubborn way to let her presence feel by society and to completely stop her earlier role of welling up her eyes even at the slightest emotion of agitation against any of her family member. Somehow I have a feeling of sadness perceiving that to become strong, getting frowned and to express concern is, perhaps, not possible for a woman, whom God has given an extraordinary heart with unusual qualities to deal with men or even their detractors.
I have learnt that instead of correcting others you must correct yourself and the whole world will be corrected automatically. I, therefore, pray almighty to come down on earth and help us in correcting ourselves and to make us counted as creative rather than embarrassing. God, bless my country to make it worth living.
