My all about me page
Well were do i start...hmmm. i was born on april 14, 1983, to Ed and Lynne Massic.  I am the last of 9 kids, 7 sisters and 1 brother.  I could go through and name them all and there age, but i dont know all that info.  So im not goin to ha.
I enjoy skateboarding and snowboarding, as well as playing my guitar.  I have a NeverSummer snowboard that rules, one of the best boards out there.  I have a Element skate deck right now.  I have 2 guitars, a fender squire, and a B.C.rich Warlock.
I listen to all kinds of music but mainly Punk rock.  alot of people under estimate PR, if they would jsut give it a chance and see what its all about.  The unity that come from it, and the release of all these emotions.  Just get up out of your seat and bust out style.
My favortie band is AFI.  Though im a pretty new fan ( goin on 3 years ) i have a deep obsession withthe band.  I like to collect memorabilia of theres.  Currently i own almost all there records except All Hallows 7" and Dork 7"  I also like bands such as Anti-Flag, Rancid, Vandles, Minor Threat, Ramones, Decendents, Death By Stereo, Sick Of It All, Offspring, Thursday, Thought Roit, and many more.
I graduated from Tallmadge High School in Lil' ol' Tallmadge Ohio.  I took 4 years of metals in school, i love to weld and make creative artsy stuff out of metal.  I also took the other required classes, fun fun fun.
I am, as stated before, LDS.  No its not a cult and no im not gona have 50 wives, only 1.  We dont Do that anymore.  Check out the LDS link on the link page to learn the truth about my religion.  I am very excited to be leaving in 3 months for 2 years.  I know that this is a very big sacrifice but, i know in the end i will be blessed more than i can dream of.
I worked at Boston Mills 2 years in a row.  They know me there as "The Mormon."
Jason , the one with the mowhawk on the picks page, was a good friend of mine for a few years.  He had some family issuies, so he stayed with me and my family on and off for about 2 years.  Just recently he relocated to Cali.  I dont know what hes been up to sence he left, he hasnt contacted me to give me the 411 on his situation.  But i still care for him as a brother i never had, and would do anything to help the kid out.
Brendon (the other kid on the picks page) and i have been friends for a long time know probly 6-8 years.  We used to hang out every single weekend.  He lived in a different city.  i met him through my church and, i cant wait to see him when i get home from my mission.  I am soo proud of both of us for making this huge step in life.  Out of all the worthy young males in our church who can go on missions, only about 5% go on one.  Currently there are +60,000 missionaries in +330 missions in over 150 countires, and in 1999 The LDS church Passed the 10 million member mark world wide.
On a not so happy note.  3 days before september 11 my father passed away from about a 2 years battle with the disease Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, ALS, better known as Lou Gehrigs disease.  As much as i know there are 2 froms of ALS. One works fromthe top down and the other works from the bottom up.  Lou gehrig and Morry from the book
tuesdays with morry both had from the bottom up, but my father had theone were it works form the top down.  It imobalized his speech first and work down to his muscles. so by the time he couldn't walk he could do nothing but write down what he needed to say witha pen.  But the only lasted soo long before he had no strength to move his arm any more.  There is a link the the ALSA on the links page check it out to get more informened on the terrible disease.
and i served a full time mission for my church.  i was in oregon from july 2002-2004  it was amazing!
