| 3. What symbol or sigils are you carving into the candle? Remember each symbol in Wicca is different and represents something else. If praying to the god or goddess to protect your home or someone elses you may draw the symbol of who you are praying to, to respresent the force. Or you may draw the symbol to represent the object you wish to be blessed. JUST REMEMBER IF DRAWING THE SYMBOL OF THE GODESS INTO YOUR CANDLE THIS MUST MATCH THE DIVINITY YOU CALL AS YOU LIGHT THE CANDLE. MEDITATION There are two types of Meditation. The first being one that focuses on an object, and other being the one that is within the use of the imagination. These both strengethen the mind and teach you to focus. 1. What is visualization? The practice of training the mind to "see" an object in your thoughts and bring it to you on the physical plane. 2. What is Guided Meditation? Follows a script, written by yourself or you can listen to a guided meditation tape. |
