Let me just say that my heart goes out to you. I won't even try to tell you that I understand what you're going through because I really have no idea. I did some research, and I found every instance about rape in the entire Bible. There's really not much there. The Deuteronomy chapters give punishment for rape, but it's old testament law. I also couldn't find anything to support punishment being lighter or heavier for virgins and non-virgins. Romans 6:14 says that we are not subjects of the law, but of grace. However, I still believe that there are consequences for sin, even though we are forgiven by God. That would be because we choose to sin. We can never be forced to sin.
Now for me to say that your rape would be a result of sin is not my position to say. That's pretty much between you and God. I'm not trying to point fingers here because "no" means "no," but women can sometimes really give guys wrong signals that they're not trying to transmit. Some women are just naturally flirty, for example, but a lot of times that doesn't really mean a thing towards the subject of their flirtation. I think you can understand what I'm trying to say.
I really don't have a lot to say other than I'm praying that you can be comforted knowing that God is forgiving because He loves you. As far as your boyfriend is concerned, it's hard to change somebody's mind when they've already made it up for themselves. That's the same reason why they ask prospective jurors for a trial if they know anything about the case. They don't want somebody with any type of prejudices one way or the other. So I can't really say if you have a chance or not because I don't know what his mind is telling him. There's always a chance, though the odds probably aren't good.
