UMFM would have to be the best, and only, punk band I have heard from France. These guys are in the similar vein of MxPx and The Ataris
combing emo, new school punk and other elements, that makes this band stand
out from the rest. This CD is very tasty overall with a few standout
tastier parts. Track 3 entitled Coconut is a very funny Ska song. It makes
me laugh every time I hear it. Another Track that stood out for me was
track 8 called Seventy Eight. This track talks about old school punk
and has really good lyrics along with some rad music. On the other end of
the scale I did not like track 13 called Hello Everybody. It has
retarded lyrics and the music on that track isn�t as good as the rest of the
CD. This is the only bad track one the CD with all the other tracks
being absolute winners. These guys are all really talented musicians that
make a very infectious brand of punk rock which just about everyone
will love. So do yourself a favor and go out and get yourself a big
helping of this very tasty CD!
