Before Ian Mackaye and Jeff Nelson formed Minor Threat he was in another band called Teen Idles
(not Teen Idols). Like Minor Threat they were also a straight edge, hardcore band from DC. They formed inlate 1979 and ended in mid 1980. Teen Idles basically srarted Dischord Records when they released Minor Disturbance, a 7" containing eight songs. Listen to them if you like Minor Threat, S.O.A. (not DOA, which is a good band) SS Decontrol, Red C, and other shit like that.
