Once I saw these guys at the Taste Of Chaos, I instantly loved them. They are energetic and have an original sounding singer. Their new cd Let It Enfold You has many solid hits on it. Including Buried A Lie, Let It Unfold You and Rum Is For Drinking For For Burning. They played a very good set at the TOC, leaving Rum Is Drinking Not For Burning which left the crowd wanting more.
Another reason why I like Senses Fail is because they sing about very odd, sometimes disturbing things. The main example is the lyrics in Buried A Lie. One of the lines goes: "I dug up your body, brought it my house; where you lay". Many may think this is a bad thing. But I oddly love it. They aren't the typical emo you'd expect from a TOC band, but that doesn't make them any less amazing.
