Infa Riot
What can I say about Infa Riot?  Well, they were formed in 1979 and like most Oi bands from the late seventies, they are english.  They were heavily influenced by Angelic Upstarts, and it shows in their music.  Too bad they didn't last nearly as long as Angelic Upstarts, they were only together for about 6 years.  But in those 6 years, Infa Riot was known to tear it up all over the UK with bands like The Exploited and Chron Gen.  Now I know what your thinking, "but cool guys at punkdomain, ive heard of a band called the infas, did they steal the name?" The answer is no, they didn't steal the name, they changed their name for a brief period, don't ask me why, I think the infas is a stupid name too. But hey, it was the seventies. The majority of the Infa Riot songs and albums I have heard have something to do with rioting, or preparing for a riot, or after the riot has actually occurred.  All the same, they are a good english band from the seventies when punk was young, if your interested.
