Last Love


Wandering these halls, a footless footstep here, and a tearless tear falls. I weep not for me, but we, now apart on this eve.

Whispering words in each others ear, of how we'd always be in the arms of your dears.

Yet here I am, alone, searching for that lover. Have they gone above, below and why am I left here, in the rift, without time or space.

Wondering silently, un- seen, un-heard, nothing left of my being.
