Old Lyric Theater - this is found in logan utah by the utah theater 28 W Center Street was originaly owned by the Thatchers. It was founded in 1913 and once was used to entertain well known performers but soon went out of buisness and sat dormant for years. Then it was renovated by Utah State University. One night while rehearsing for an upcoming production of Hamlet the professor for the theatrical department was plyaing Hamlet and heard giggleing from the balcony. Others have seen a man dressed in Shakespearean garb and wearing a fools cap. The ghosts clothing closly resembled that of the grave digger so the professor took a original program from 1913 and looked up the man that played that part at that time, Mr. Everett Jones was the one who played that part ever since the entity has been known as Everett and has been seen for the ast 20 years. |

St. Annes Nunnery - This is found in Logan Utah in Logan Canyon. Its was founded in 1920's as a lodge and was givin to the Catholic Church. There is a pool there where a little boy drowned the pool is now empty, but there is a cold spot about 2 or 3 feet in diameter, where there is a freezing cold spot. The pool is also said to glow at night there has been many sightings of the children that were killed there. The story also says that this is where nuns that didnt follow the rules went to pay their penance. Some of these nuns were pregnant, One nun did not want to give up her baby. The head mother would never allow that. She said that when the baby came it would be given up for adoption adn the nun would return to her service. When the child came the nun had an idea she grabbed her baby in the middle of the night and ran. She was closely followed by the head mother who had been tipped off. The young nun could not shake her, so she came upon an abandoned fire pit and put the child in it and covered her with leaves. A short time later she noticed that she had lost the head mother. She retraced her steps and when she got back to the fire pit her child was gone. She returned to St. Anne's to find that the child was floating face down in the middle of the pool. The nun was so distraught over the loss of her child she killed herself to join it. It is said that now her spirit walks the hills around St. Anne's looking for her child. |
