-Background-
Schizoid first started out with no one. Danikka who started bass became freinds with Gurleen. Gurleen was not a drummer at that time, but wanted to be. Concidentily, Danikka's sister took drum lessons from Heather, and gave her the card. A while later Danikka started comming over to Gurleen's basment and they would have a whiles worth of non-guitar jam. When Erin mentioned a punk guitarist name Carl, we immeditly asked him to play with us, and he did. It took us a while to actually all get together so in the time between, we had Chris come over to jam with us. Chris had a title of our guitarist for a short while, until Carl permintly got in the picture. Schizoid then decided to "kick Chris out of the band." He was too commited to his skating any ways. We would practice every Saturday, or every other week. Soon the jam sessions seemed to be redundant, same few songs, same potty mouthed jokes, same really good pizza, and same giant pot(like metal pot you put iteams in, or in this case carl). Then there was a small "break." A while later Schizoid finally got together and decided they should write down songs to learn and learn. Danikka and Gurleen finally agreed and so did Carl. But by the end of the day Carl got irretated and just asked why they couldn't play songs they already new. Things started to go again....the jam sessions... but each one slowly turned into a night of freinds, pizza, going to 7-11 alot of XBOX, and some, maybe half an hour of guitar, bass, and drums. When an oppurtuinty finally came along for a gig, Danikka and Gurleen finally decided to get serious, but at this point, they could never get a hold of Carl. Reciently Gurleen's Drum Teacher put together a band fest, and Danikka and Gurleen immeditly got committed and serious. Carl did not pull through. When we did finally come together, Carl agreed to learning the new songs for the fest. A week or two later, he quit the band, and now Schizoid is debating bewtween two guitarists. A bassist, a drummer, and a lonley four track.
