From what I know and seen, is that skinheads are not bad. People would disagree with me on this but heres a lil brief history on TRUE skinheads.
In the 1960's skinhead originated from working class youths that had to cut there hair short (hencing the skinhead name) to prevent lice. Skinhead had a more serouse out look on life and play. Skinhead would take work in more manual labor jobs so they could avoid the Mod style. WIth there more manual work they would get steel toed boots, That style has stuck with skinheads. Original skinhead were not racist, that came latter along with the anti-paki groups. In the late to 60's to the late 70's racist stoled the skinhead image and continue to exist today.with the tredny stereotype brough on by society the racist ones a growing in numbers. With the raciest ones there are Anti-racist groups Such as S.H.A.R.P.(Skinheads Against Racial Prejudice.) and those would be the true skinheads.True skinheads will always put there friends first then there political stance second, but now days that isn't aways the case, but to me I say the racist skins arn't skinhead at all. The racist skins have lost touch with there roots and now are commenly called Boneheads.
So in the end I would say skinheads are good, boneheads are BAD!!!
