Ok this is the story of 5 guys who live in a boring little town called Chippenham where not much ever happens...

Hey, we're getting paid...

January 27th "Busby club" Chippenham
A grand total of 31 songs lasting 1hr 40mins with a feedback frezy ending.

We played our little hearts out but the crowd really sucked (apart from our friends) bunch of 13year olds who sat and glared like "what the fuck? distorted guitars?? no where's the drum machine??" but it was still a lot of fun. Tim, Bisto and Adam wore dresses for the second half. Ash's super strat broke a couple of songs into the set but the old faithfull Tanglewood was there. Other than that it went well.

Other news.....
Adam did move to peteborough but now has moved back again and we're all glad to have him back.
We have now a new song "Anger, Hate and lies"

We're still together yeah!

Erm, as this page hasn't been updated for a good, ooh, 6 months - i (ash) have decided to update u all on our bands progress...
we had band praccie 2 dayz ago at bizto's garage (our weekly visit to the shed of bizt has been going strong for quite a while now) and, after a few weeks of absolute shite practises, we actually had a session that was pleasing to the ears! We've got two of our own songs "Life on a milk cap" and "The Happy song"
Equipment-wise, we still basically have the same set-up as we did a while back. However, we r currently looking to upgrade our PA system...with a budget of �500 (more or less), so keep ur eyes out for us in the trade-it pwwwease!! I'm trying to get a 'loan' from my family to buy this lurvely new marshall amplifier for my geetar (almost there!), and i think the other guyz want new guitars and shit.
       ...however, there maybe some sad news on the parody front - as Adam maybe leaving the humble town of Chippenham for a new house with his dad in peterboro! Us here at parody were sad to here the news - but there still may be a way for Adam to continue with us...watch this space...
        Newho, thats about it from me - apart from look out for us in the following skool concerts!

Rehersals

The Big day is near the first gig. Today was practice day and went pretty well, exept my (tim) bass went out of tune for the first song ss sounded pretty shitty. we were also missing a bassist (tom) cos he broke a string the night before @ practice, And we were missing our drummer cos he couldnt get his kit in. 2morrow holds much better days me thinks...
Anybody that was watchin- see we told you we were bad.

Another Name ne 1??

Ok since the latest discovery to our amazment there is already a band named "Sicklid" so now we are nameless and have nowhere to practise. Things aren't lookin to great formus right now. Band Practice

First practice with our new drummer, but we were lacking Ash bit of a problem since he's on lead. We succesfully played All the small things, remixed Bizto,Bizto,Bizto and added to Life on a milk cap.
Uhh... Sorry to the neighbour guy who interupted us twice just cos he works nights, YOU SUCK!!

The Band forms...

One day we were all sat round a table, Ash eating his daily 'Cheeze Dipper' reading this guitar mag. It was a few weeks till christmas and the end of the school year (yay!!). Any way we all were interested in punk music and were all decided that Blink182 kicks ass. We thought "why not start a band" so we all got our instruments. Bisto already had his guitar and Ash got his geetar something like a week before christmas, i got mine @ christmas and Tom two weeks after as an early B-day pressie (5 months early)
We were set exept one thing. Ash was the only one who could play properly, so we learnt and learnt and are still learning much now. At the moment we can play a few Blink182, Green day and some of our own songs. Ok we could sort of play but arrg we need a Drummer, we are still lookin for one, we have one potential drummer 'Adam Nunn' but still aren't sure so anyway how did we get our name? We were sat thinking we came up with 'Outcast' but to our horror that was taken by someone already. We neede something original. There were a few suggestions, I think Rich Johnson said 'Apple core' so we were Apple core for a while until one day at about 10:30am Chris said it 'Hamster Hammond And His Fellow Diciples'. He once called Tom 'Hamster Hammond' for some reason but that doesn't matter now.
