well the story of 57 days l8er is a lot like any other band story...but some people actually care about how we formed so here ya go. in the year 2000 jon and josh decided to start a band. so they wrote songs about stupid things and whatever else came to mind. we had our first concert that summer (with no drummer) and IT SUCKED!!! but at the time we thought it was the coolest thing since toilet paper. when school started up again we got our first drummer...ian. and believe it or not he was black. which would have been really cool except he couldn't play punk worth crap. don't get me wrong he was a good drummer. but not what we were looking for. so after ian came ray...and well...lets just say jon played drums better then him (if your reading this ray, no offense) he could do the punk beat except he forgot one thing. THE BASS DRUM! he recorded with us on our first cd and only played one show with us. so after 2 drummer's jon and josh sat down and thought about what they could be doing wrong. they went from a black guy to a very intelligent jewish person (we have nothing against jews we just added that for fun). so anyway back to the story after ray we found ryan which is 3 years younger then us. but all the same he was cool and could actually play the drums. so he was in. and he has such an adorable face and we thought. eh, if anything else he'll help attract the girls. he is on our second cd and soon to be on our new ep. there you have it. what noone wanted to know...the story of 57 days l8er.
