(PC-FX)
Being the rare console game machine that it is, there isn't exactly many techie enthusiasts out there working on an emulator to play the games on your PC. There's a PC utility or two, but they're all Japanese, and don't work with all PC-FX games.
However, there IS a small group out there working on a PC-FX emulator, but they haven't released a working program yet, so we'll just have to wait a while, ne?
Without an emulator or working utility, I had to buy the PC-FX machine itself, which cost a pretty penny. In order to grab snapshots, I bought a Video Capture Card, which lets me plug the PC-FX into my PC and use the monitor to display the game. After that, it was easy to take pictures and record movies!
(not very good quality, though...)
