You deliver the medicine (from either Miho or Washu), and let Sasami sleep it off. Wether you stay by her bedside or not, Mihoshi finally gets Breakfast to the table... and nearly kills everyone with it.
(and yet, Washu quite likes it! Eerie...)
While you're out in the Carrot Patch, Sasami returns, happy n' healthy. Yay! (Too bad it's now the other gals who're comatose...)
