The apartment on the first floor: kitchen, dining and living room, bedroom with double bed and single bed, bathroom (shower rooms with bath), balcony - terrace of 10 m2, small balcony of 2 m2. The living room has a sofa bed. Air conditions , TW-sat ,  Wi-Fi.

Parking place for 3 cars, possibility garage bicycles. Shared barbecue on the ground floor.

The owners do not live in the rental! We have an agency that welcomes our guests and place them in the apartment and give them the keys, also, they clean our apartments and changing linens.

Escort guests on departure. Guests pay the entire sum of stay after the third day of the stay, on our bank account Erste - Punat.

Important: The apartments can be used as a unique holiday house for 5 + 4 people
