Feedback!"What you have written here is a passionately-undertaken work of art, and I feel inspired to have read through it. That image of the pine tree with the moon and stars in it is just about one of the coolest things I've seen on the web so far. Just something about the art style it's drawn in allures me. ...great job overall. It's good that you've found something that you truly have a passion for. I still feel as though I'm working on finding that." -Paul Hintsala "Yay! Another amazing installment of Pumpkin! I love it! The creative piece was great, Jules! I'm so impressed. Luv ya!" -Kelly
"I have to say I was completely absorbed in your creative piece!! I started reading it and I was dead to any outside distractions, no joke, my roommate tried to talk to me and I didn't hear a word she said. It was awesome! The rest of your zine was great! I'm jealous of your talent! Hope your having fun in France and I can't wait to see ya when you get back." -Jen Larsen " I love the pictures that you put in here, I have no clue where you get them, but they are so colorful. Alot of them remind me of the summer at Lake Superior, and a few reminded me of Hawaii. When I was reading your story I had to laugh twice. The first time was when I realized who the blonde girl and the dark haired girl were. AND when I realized what twig was and who the boy playing twig was. Awesome...(*insert grin*) While I was reading this I had the shivers, goose skin. At one point I could picture you, kelly, and myself. We were sitting outside around a bonfire on the beach with the waves and the stars above. It just seemed perfect. Wicked." -Chena
"I like this zine, and I like your writing. I wish you a good journey." -Kelly Tapani "Hunny, okay i haven't really read your zine, BUT tonight i couldn't sleep and decided to take a peek-a-boo and OMG your article on American Pride, totally relate! we have the most number of people from our country here in Finland and there is only ONE girl who can relate with me on how i'm feeling about this. But i TOTALLY agree with you on every single thing in this article. Completely true. just thought you'd like to know." -Sarah Erdman
"Hey! Ton site est super! Captivant, riche , tu es une super ecrivain! J'attends avec impatience la troisieme partie!" -Vanessa Beauvois (For those who don't speak French, Vanessa wrote: "Hey! Your site is great! Captivating, rich, you are a great writer! I can't wait for the next edition to come out!") "I read your 1st zine and I really liked it. I have to say I didn't read everything but I totally understand everything you said about your search for religion. That was me in 8th grade. I just felt like christianity wasn't doing anything for me and I needed something else. So, I tried wicca. I think wicca is a really great religion. The only down side being its bad reputation. People in school used to call me and my friends "witches" like in the movie The Craft. I even convinced my mom that wicca wasn't as bad as its stereotype projected it. Now, I just don't know. Right now I'm atheist. I think religion is a great way to give people morals so that we all don't run around killing each other. But as most people know you don't need religion to tell you that it's bad to kill people, etc. So, I think I've found my religion and that's just to live life and do what is right. Like in wicca I don't need a big fancy church just myself and my thoughts. In writing this I hope I haven't seemed to strange but it's just that your writing really made me want to tell you my views. You are a very good writer." -Bridgette
"I read zine II and enjoyed it. There were mechanical errors a' plenty, as usual, but I could hardly complain about the content therein (a sweet word). Actually I can complain about anything, as you well know (leading to the nickname Hollywood), so I can, but I won't. Wow, what is my love affair with commas today?" -George Hunt "Julie, you are such a great writer! I wouldn't believe it if you told me that everyone you know or have ever talked to was not inspired by you in some way. Okay, so maybe you don't have conversations with everyone the same way you have written your articles, but many of your writings were so inspiring! Yet again, you've put out another great issue!!" -Niki
