"Ju! I got to page 6 and girl you are a writer! Oh my God! Is that you? I can't believe the maturity and depth of your writing now...make sure you keep a hard copy. I don't trust technology, you know."

"I have to admit this was the first webzine I've ever read, and I was pleasantly surprised. I sat down and read the entire thing from cover to cover (so to speak) and now I'm really excited to see the next issue. I found every article really interesting. I've been interested in practicing yoga for a while, but I have yet to invest in a video or book to get me started. The morning pages sounded really cool too, and something that I might try out (if I can get myself up early enough, hehe). I also found out we share the same taste in music (I, too LOVE Michelle Branch and Christina Aguilera's Stripped)! The article that really hooked me, though, was your narrative on religion and Wicca. A couple years ago, I researched Paganism and Wicca in particular, and although it didn't fit me (at least not at the time), I still find it intruiguing. And I don't think you're weird or a devil worshipper or anything. :) Well....this is turning into a bit of a long ramble, but I figured I'd let you know what I thought of your first issue, and I'm excited to see the next one. Heck, maybe this will even inspire me to write my own zine. :) Hope you've been enjoying your time in France! Happy Thanksgiving, too, even though you can't be in the US to celebrate w/ us Yoopers."

"Well Julie. What can I say...You are an amazing creature indeed and I respect you bunches. Yet, I don't agree with everything, yet I do agree with much. The whole Buddhist to Pagan thing...I don't know what to say. I'm a Christian. I do know that you're beautiful and a beautiful writer. You do have a magic with words. It's funny with that early morning stuff you do, it's inspired me to get back to my early morning routine as well that I did all summer, waking up on my mission trip at 5:30 and having that beloved alone time...huh...in the Bible it even talks about rising early to hear the undistained voice of God. there is an internal connection in the mornings...it is awakening. Wow. You teach me about myself and where I'm at in my own religion...or, its my God teaching me through you. Either way..."

"Hey I just quickly checked out Pumpkin and am very, very impressed ! You are so talented my lovely girl... Just scanned it quick here at work, will read completely once I get home. Sometimes it is just amazing the talents that your kids have, you wonder how they ever got that from you....

"I am so curious about all this witch stuff that you mention in you mag. Please try to give me some detail on what this means to you. I am very interested. What are some of the core beliefs and practices of all this for you? Sounds like it gives you lots of peace and contentment which is really what religion/spiritual stuff is supposed to do so that is good."

"Hey dear I'm reading your Pumpkin right now (which kicks booty by the way) and I'm to the part of Christian Aguilera. I almost want to run over to France and maul you with happy hugs. I love the CD Stripped but all my friends are like she's sucha slut blah blah blah and I get mad and am like listen to the damn CD jerk. And your the first person who feels the same way I do and I just about died, keeled over and died I tell ya!"

-Bridget Robare
