This is my review of the day, written the day after

OMG...i just had the BEST day of my ENTIRE LIFE yesterday!!! i went to the signing in boston. i got there around 6:30 am, and was #20 in line. there were soo many awesome people there, made some great new friends. i had hung out with like 6 people all day and we decided we had to try to get to lupos that night, on the guest list. we were all gonna ask. so after waiting for 9 1/2 hours, i finally got to meet the band!! everyone that went before me totally forgot to ask about the guest list so it was up to me, and i knew i had to do it. i was sooo nervous (i couldn't eat or drink all day cuz every time i tried i thought i was gonna puke!!) and i had my camera and poster and letter ready...i told james that i loved his solo album, i told jimmy it was great to have him back and he rocked, and then i got to billy..my knees were shaking and i could feel tears welling up inside. first i handed him my letter and asked for a hug. He put his arm out to hug me and i also gave him a kiss on the cheek ;). then i told him how much i loved the band and how i had never seen them and it was my dream to see them and i would die to..and he was being interviewed, but he stopped to talk to me and after saying several times how i would do ANYTHING to go, he said "will you smile for me?" and i smiled and he said "you've got some tickets, you're going tonight" (or something really close to that) and i could not believe my ears!! i was like "OMG I LOVE YOU!!!" and gave him a huge hug, a kiss, and this time i got a kiss back!!! they took my name and said that me and one other person could go. i was soooo excited, but also sad cuz we all wanted to go. i had no idea what i was going to do, i had to go. so after some argueing and confusion and anger and sadness, me, colleen (the girl i went up with), and 2 guys we had met (glenn and jarrod) packed in the car, all determined to get in to lupos. we got there and almost immediatly jarrod and glenn found people with extra tickets and bought them. so we all went to the show!!!! it was the most incredible experience!!! for the first set i was kinda far back and didn't have a great view, and then we moved to the other side and i could see really well. i was pretty close up but i knew that for years my dream had been to be in the front...so i left the other 3 and pushed my way up the the 3rd and 4th rows!! i couldn't belive it, it was sooo incredible!! and in tonight tonight he looked at me and i mouthed the words "thank you" and i don't know if he recognized me from the signing or not, i'm pretty sure he must have, but he smiled and nodded quickly to me. what a first show!! it could not have been any better, i could not have asked for a better day! wow...i still don't know how i pulled all that off but i am the happiest person in the world right now. they played sooo much!! the first thing billy said was "So I have to apologize, we're gonna play a really long time tonight..I know you all stood in line waiting for tickets to a short show, but we're gonna force you to listen to us"!! lol. i almost fell over! i could not have had any better luck throughout the day. interesting?? amazing? incredible?? or all of the above?!?! ;););) i still can't believe it happened...i will never forget the smile billy gave me when he said i could go to the show!! or the nod he gave me in TT...it's so overwhelming. i cried a ton thurs...just randomly i would start to cry (after i got on the list). esp on the way ot lupos, i was balling my eyes out! it was so great being there, at the signing. since i was so early in line all the people met there were HUGE fans, and almost everyone was obsessed ;) it was so great. people were playing them on radios, they were on inside the store, and when the group started to sign they had huge speakers outside playing music...it's all so amazing. i can't even describe it. just the absolute best thing in the world. i couldn't think of 1 place in the whole world i would have rather been. we didn't get home until 4:30 yesterday morning! we all fell asleep while jarrod was driving and he accidently took us into lowell...!!! so that took a couple hours away... oh well, as far as i can see, it was damned worth it!
