            LONE TREE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT, LONETREE, CO.
       LoneTree WTP - AWT Building                      LoneTree WTP - Blower Building                   LoneTree WTP - Dewatering Building

Eight building additions to an existing facility providing sufficient water treatment service to the growing residential area in Lone Tree County. The building locations and interior space design were mostly governed by sequence of process system and arrangement of equipment in each building.

My responsibilities:
1. Coordinated with Process and Mechanical engineers in PD and DD phases on developing a building design and making the design agrees with architectural aesthetics, construction modular and building codes.
2. Created color presentation package containing site plan, site elevation, building elevations for a public hearing held by City of Lone Tree before reaching the construction drawing phase.
3. Designed exterior appearance of the buildings.
4. Designed and adjusted an interior planning based on Process requirement and Architectural system.
5. Created a complete set of final construction drawing.
6. Selected actual building material and colors and also reviewed submittals submitted by contractors during construction phase.


        CUSTOMER BRIEFING ROOM, SUN MICROSYSTEMS (STORAGE TEK), BROOMFIELD, CO.

A new customer briefing room in a manufacturing building in SUN Microsystems campus.

My responsibilities:
1. Coordinated with a client on design requirement and criteria.
2. Studied an impact of a new construction on existing adjacent assembling areas in the building.
3. Created preliminary sketches and presented to the client.
4. Coordinated with Electrical engineer on designing lighting and audio vision systems in the room.
5. Designed interior appearance of the room.
6. Created a complete set of final construction drawing.
7. Selected finish materials and colors.
8. Assisted principal architect on supervising the construction process.


           MONTCLAIR ACADEMY CAMPUS CENTER, DENVER, CO.

A new campus center locating in Lowry community. The campus center housing performing arts space, art and music classrooms, library, and admin offices.

My responsibilities:
1. Designed an exterior appearance of the building
2. Designed an interior space per user behavior and other collected data.
3. Assisted a principal architect on designing a site plan.
4. Created presentation package and presented to the client.


        CUSTOMER LOBBY REMODEL, SUN MICROSYSTEMS (STORAGE TEK), BROOMFIELD, CO.

A renovation for an existing entry lobby in a building in SUN Microsystems campus.

My responsibilities:
1. Coordinated with a client on design requirement and criteria.
2. Studied an impact of a new construction on existing adjacent assembling areas in the building.
3. Created preliminary sketches and presented to the client.
4. Developed the design to construction document.

Multiple structure designed to fit into a historic and farm site minimizing impact on adjacent park and farmland, wildlife corridors and historic structures.

My responsibilities:
1. Created a free hand sketch of building for preliminary design.
2. Assisted principal architect on designing exterior appearance of the building.


            PINERY WATER TREATMENT PLANT, PARKER, CO.

An addition to an existing facility providing sufficient water treatment service to the growing residential area in the County. The additions comprised of an admin building and two process buildings. The large canopy in front of admin building served as a gathering space for a field trip of school children.

My responsibilities:

1. Coordinated with a client on design requirement of admin building.
2. Studied an impact of a new construction on existing adjacent building.
3. Created preliminary sketches of the admin building and presented to the client.
4. Coordinated with Process and Mechanical engineers in PD and DD phases on developing a building design and making the design agrees with architectural aesthetics, construction modular and building codes.
5. Created Site Improvement Package presentation containing site plan, site elevation, building elevations for a public hearing held by City of Lone Tree before reaching the construction drawing phase.
6. Designed exterior and interior of the admin building.
7. Designed and adjusted an interior planning based on Process requirement and Architectural system.
8. Created a complete set of final construction drawing.
9. Selected actual building material and colors and also reviewed submittals submitted by contractors during construction phase.
10. Assisted a principal architect on creating a final report of substantial completion.


           COLORADO FUEL CELL CENTER (CFCC), COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES, GOLDEN, CO.

My responsibilities:
1. Surveyed and studied existing condition for a possibility of construction.
2. Assisted a principal architect on studying the egress system and hazardous codes.
3. Created equipment plan with associated system to provide feasibility in construction resulting in construction cost saving.
4. Coordinated with Mechanical and Electrical on providing feasible HVAC and Electrical systems throughout the space.
5. Created a complete set of construction drawing.


        DR. DRUCKER'S MYOPTICS,  DENVER, CO
      
Myoptics   

Located in downtown Denver, a 5,000 sf. space consisted of exam rooms, laser surgery room, admin offices, staff rooms, and glasses display and dispensing area.

My responsibilities:
1. Coordinated with clients on design requirement and criteria.
2. Developed and designed interior space per user behavior and building code.
3. Modified an existing site to support ADA access.
4. Redesigned existing building façade to enhance window display.
5. Created a complete set of construction drawing.
