This does not necessarily mean that these appearances, or our conceptions of them are true. When a new light shines over us, we see things in a true sense; and this light transcends through and above our own kimited outlooks. This new light immediately changes our outlook or opinion and we see things as they really are; and not what they formerly appeared to be. This is the light of Spiritual Understanding! |
| Meta_Physics of the truth of being_ Man is composed of soul and body, being both uncorperal and physical matter, therefore, he is subject to Eternal law as well as the laws of nature. The soul is the higher (or inner) nature of man; since it is not limited to time, space, and causality, If we live according to our higher nature, the lower nature takes care of itself. If we live for our lower nature (the body) alone, we will never really know ourselves; or be able to find true peace or happiness. |
