Poogles Unlimited: Rules!

RULES

Here are the most important rules that are counting in this guild. I know it's not nice to always follow the rules, but this is only to make the guild more fun ^-^
First of all:
You shouldn't join a guild only because you want to be a leader, you should join it because it's fun!

Don'ts

1.) No begging

You shouldn't beg for anything. That means, not on the Message Board for items, but also do not beg for a rank raise, or (even worser) for a council position. You will get both if we (the council members) think you deserved it (rank raise) or if you're ready for it (council).

2.) No spamming

Don't know what spamming means? Spam stands for Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages. It means that you write a tiny message which hasn't any use, for example: 'Hi' or 'I'm bored'. Messages like that an be really annoying, especially when you have a lot of them on the Board. But Spamming isn't only that, it's also posting one message several times. When you're found doing that, you'll get a warning, unless you did it by accident. If you spam to much, you could get banned! So be carefull, it's okay to write short messages, if only there is usefull information in it.
Try to write messages of 3 lines or longer!

3.) No offensive content and/or language

I don't want any swearword in this guild. Saying something like: 'Jezus Christ, text text text' will get you banned for one day immediately, and saying something like 'fuck' or 'f*ck' (so also not censored) will get you a warning. Do it again and you'll be banned for a day. I'll write everything down, so you don't have to be afraid I might forget something ^o^

4.) No personal attacks

I don't want fights on the Message Board. If you can't get along well with eachother, than don't speak to eachother, but please don't bother other people with your figths. You can also argue by NeoMail.

1.) Introduce yourself when you're new

If you're new to the guild, please introduce yourself on the Message Board.

2.) Donate

Please donate to the guild. This will help the guild grow and then we'll be able to get even better prizes!

Council Approvals

1.) At least 80 non-spam messages

If you want to be in the council, one of the criteria is that you don't spam. This is a way so we (the council members) can see that.

2.) Be in the guild for at least a month

If you're thinking of applying, don't do that on the first day you joined. This will get you auto- maticly refused, since we don't know anything about you yet. If you've been in the guild for a while, we know a bit of you and the other members also got to know you. This way you'll have a bigger chance of being accepted.

3.) Be helpful

Be helpful to the other members in the guild. This way we can see how much of a leader you are. Because real leaders don't need to be a leader, they just want to help and improve what can be improved. And that's the sort of council members we're looking for.

4.) Reasonable explanation

We would like to read a reasonable explanation for why you want to be in council. We often get qualifications like: "I hav lotza money & I LUV!!!!!!!!!!! Poogles!!!!!!! I can rlly help u guyz out!!!!!!! Pleazzzzzzzzz????!!!! Thanx!!! :):):):)" or "I HAVE A LOT OF MONEY SO I CAN DONATE A LOT!!!!". This are 2 examples of members that will be rejected at once. Especially if you write in capitals. That will make you look aggresive, since capitals look as if one is yelling. The other example is absolutely wrong 'cause one doesn't even is courteous enough to spell everything rigth and it'll make you application look very messy, and with that, it'll make you look uncarefully and non- orginised, qualities a council member should have.

5.) No begging!!!

If you beg to be in the council, you only get yourself farther away from being in the council.
