Arrived there, allow me to explain what you need to buy to win which prize:

Buy one Bottle of Orange Sand, priced at 1.000 NP, to get one ticket	With this ticket, you are entered in the race to win a Snowbunny

Buy one Bottle of Rainbow Sand, priced at 4.000 NP, to get one ticket	With this ticket, you are entered in the race to win a Yellow Babaa

You can buy as many tickets as you want, 'cause everytime you buy a ticket, you have a greater chance of winning.
