| Players -Each player must pay 5 dollars to play in the CNRHL -The money will go to the winning team at the end of the play-offs Teams -Teams will consist of at least 5 total players, including one goalie (minimum requirements) there is no maximum size made yet -Each team will have one captain, the captain is the only member of the team who may drop, pickup, and trade players -Each team will have at least one goaltender Captains -In beginning of each season will be the person who picks the players in the draft -May pickup drop and trade players (trading requires aggreement between both teams captains Games -Games will be 3 seven minute periods with a short intermission between each period -There will be no overtime period unless it is a play-off game -There will be at least one designated ref and stat keeper for each game Stops of Play -Goalie may freeze puck -Puck cleared out of play -Cherrypicking -Goal -Period ending -Penalty -High Sticking Penalties 2 min minor -Slashing -Roughing -Interference -Tripping -Cherrypicking (after first offense) -Goalie clears puck out of play Penalties 5 min major -Fighting -Consistent arguing with ref (constant after penalty game suspension) Play-offs -Top five teams make play-offs -First seed gets a bye up to championship round -3 game knock out -OT will be used if game is a tie at the end of regulation All-Star Game -At least2 People from each team will make all-star team -2 goalies will be voted on for the game League Leaders -Will be posted after each team has played at least 4 games |
