The salary cap will be set at 48 million dollars (pro roster). Any team that goes over this figure will be given three days to get under and after that will be fined 250 K each day that they are over. After a week of being fined the Commish will randomly select a player from that team and give it to the worst team in the standings.
RETIREMENT:
At the age of 42, a player will play out the rest of their contract and then retire no matter what. Also, if a player drops below 56overall and is also on a farm team, he will retire, no matter what the age. A player that is also below 60 and is a free agent (or unassigned list), will retire due to lack of interest in the player from the GM's in the league.
RERATES:
AFTER the sim does its annual end -of-season rerate, each team will have the chance to rerate 3 players that are rated under 80 overall.(no player over 28 years old can be rerated)
*for each player, you choose 6 of his individual rating categories; EACH category you choose will increase by 5 rating points each.
FARM STANDINGS REWARDS/PENALTIES:
1st place in Each Conference(farm): shall receive a chance to resign ONE of their UFA's
Last Place in Each Conference(farm): shall lose their best farm player and the player will go to the worst team in the Conference.
TRAINING CAMPS:
Every season you may not start camping players till Regular season starts. Non-Playoff teams get 6 camps. Playoff teams get 5 camps. Playoff teams that make it to the 3rd Round get 4 camps. The Stanley Cup Champion Team get 3 camps. Camps may only be used before Regular Season is done. So if you want to send a guy to a 40 day camp, you have to send him while there are atleast 40 days left in the regular season.

Lester B. Pearson: Winner - +3 to any TWO different categories(for winning player only) Runnerup - +1 to any Two different Categories
Norris: Winner - +3 to ST and DF, Runnerup - +1 to ST and DF
Vezina:Winner - +3 to any TWO different categories, Runner up - +1 to 2 categories
Selke: Winner - +2 to df, Runner Up - +1 to df
Conne Smythe: +3 to any TWO different categories - for the winner only
Rocket Richard: Winner - +3 SC, Runner UP - +1 SC
Calder: Winner - +3 to any category and +3 to LD, Runner up - +1 to any category AND+1 LD
GM of The YEAR: Winner - 5million bucks , 1 camp, Runner up - 3million bucks , 1 camp.
ART ROSS: Winner - 2 to PA and SC, Runner up - 1 to PA and SC
Bob Probert AWARD(most PIM): Winner - +5 IT and ST, Runner up - +3 IT and ST
GM-Look-Alike Award:Winner:+3f(to IT,ST and EN), Runnerup : +1(to IT,ST and EN)
Presidents Trophy: winning team may use a Neely camp when season is over
Clarence Campbell: winning team may use a francis camp when playoffs are over
Prince of Wales: winning team may use a francis camp when playoffs are over
Stanley Cup Champion: 5million dollars and gets to use a free rookie camp of choice at playoffs end
FARM AWARDS:(winning ratings can only go towards winning players' ratings)
MVP: Winner - +2 to any category, Runner up - +1 to any category
BEST Goalie: Winner - +2 to any category, Runner Up - +1 to any category
BESt Defenseman: Winner - +2 to DF, Runner UP - +1 to df

Incentives:
SALARY CAP EXEMPTION:
a)This may be purchased once during the course of a season by each team if they have the proper amount of funds.
b)It will cost 50 million dollars from your funds(to konw if you have enough money to spend on this, you can subtract your pro payroll amount from your total finances amount)
c)You may only purchase it until the League's Trade Deadline has past.
d)This is a 5million dollar exemption. meaning youll have a cap space number of 53 million instead of the normal 48million amount.
e)You do not have to purchase this exemption if you do not want to.
f)This 5million dollar cap exemption will only be valid for one season. As soon as the season is over, you will be back down to 48million dollar cap amount. Meaning this is a temporary exemption.
g)You will able to purchase this exemption once every season, but not till i post during the seasons to say when you can buy it. meaning you buy it for the season till playoffs are done, then you go back to 48million again.
