I plan on building a team to help assemble the second book. With key collectors helping manage certain sections, the contents should improve far beyond what I'm capable of doing on my own.
With the first version in people's hands hopefully this will generate some interest amongst certain sports memorabilia dealers. I'd like to generate advertising revenues in the next edition to help bring down the selling price.
After learning all I can through the production and distribution of the first edition, I'd like to use a short run printing house to help improve the overall quality of the book and to help bring down the price even further in next edition. With only a sketchy idea on how many of these will be purchased, the costs of making that leap of faith on the first edition proved to be a barrier.
At the earliest, I'd target Oct. 2002 for the second edition.
