| My friends have been bugging me to draw up an entry for that Tokyopop Rising Stars of Manga contest forever, and now I think I may have come up with something that isn't too...different for potential mass publication. (I mean, my last potential stories included religious slurs, male magical "girls", toilet humor, apocalypse, and sex symbolism.) But now, I have have something entertaining! A comically bipolar princess and her apathetic explosive-obsessed laundry maid sidekick escape from their castle and join up with a gang of wood witches to help fend off the onslaught of weird princes/knights/generally creepy guys seeking the princess's hand in marriage. And one of the Wood Witches is actually a Wood Wizard in disguise and he has a crush on the princess. But it still doesn't have a title. It should be fun. |
