Dear CONSULAR SECTION OF THE RUSSIAN EMBASSY IN CAMBODIA,

I am an asylum seeker in UNHCR Cambodia, my UNHCR IC#794.

In 1998, I illegally crossed the border from China to Russia and asked for political asylum in Russia, Russian Immigration Authority in Chita City Russia had dealed with my political asylum claim in 1998, Russian Federal Security Bureau in Chita City Russia had dealed with my case (Russian Federal Security Bureau criminal case No.56 in 1998), and Russian Court had dealed with my case.

And in 1998 when Russian Authority dealed with my case, Russian Authority provided me a free lawyer, I want to contact this lawyer, because she knew the whole things about me in Russia, please tell me how to contact her, my lawyer of JRS want to contact her.

After I was deported to China from Russia in 1999, China Government never stops harassing me with China Spy, and China Spy also invades my family.

So, in 2004, I asked for asylum in UNHCR Cambodia.

Since I think that my experience in Russia is the source of China Government's nation crime on me, I hope Russia Government will open my files in Russia to my lawyer and UNHCR, I believe this will help UNHCR to decide my asylum case.
