My room number is 206 in the Grand View Guest house on the Lake Side in Phnom Penh, and the China Spy is in the room 205, opposite to mine. And this morning when I opened the door to go out for breakfast, that China Spy opened his door in the same time and walked out, the China Spy always harass me in this way.

In the evening of 7th July 2004, this China Spy came in the lounge and sit on my side when I was chatting with a Cambodia waiter about Cambodia and China's Politics and Facts. His room Number is 205, opposite to my room 206. China Spy always harass me in this way.

Last night chatted with one Cambodian in the lounge in my Guest house, I asked that Cambodian what's different after Cambodia became a democratic country, and I asked him how much the normal Cambodian earn averagely, he told me his opinion, and then I told that Cambodian the facts of China. After two minutes, one Chinese came in the lounge and sit next to me, from my so many years experience about the China Spy's harassment on me, I knew that China Spy is reacting for my casual chat again, in facts, China Spy Organization have a team stand by in this area against me.
