Suzie enjoys flowers, gardening, crocheting, knitting (must have gotten that from Grandma Ida!) She owned Grandma Ida's home in Port Wing for some time. Then she moved to Iron River. She did take some of Grandma Ida's original flowers and bushes to their new home in Iron River.
Suzie married Bob Glau in 1975 and had three children - Todd, Ryan and Kristle. Todd was given up for adoption in 1970. Two years ago Todd, Suzie and the family had their first reunion. He and his family are wonderful to have back into the Gustafson family. Suzie has met Todd's "other" Mom and Dad, and they now all visit often. It is amazing the similarity between Todd and his brother Ryan - in looks as well as interests. They are thrilled to be a "complete" family again.
Suzie was divorced from Bob and remarried Jim Mieritz in 1993. Jim had two children,- Melissa and Josh. Jim is a lineman in Iron River. They also have a cabin next to their home that they do weekly rentals.

Ryan is a Corporal in the Marines. He is currently stationed at Camp Pendleton. He does the arming and disarming and repair on the Cobra Helicopters.
