Introduction:

Peter Turkington holds an honours business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he mastered the areas of operations management, finance, and marketing.  Additionally, Peter has completed an accreditation in public relations.  He has already performed public relations services for community groups and volunteer organizations.  These services involve media relations, media releases, event planning,  seminars, speech writing, and presentation skills training sessions.

Peter has published two economic surveys for the Regional Municipality of Halton.  He has also spent a year and a half as a Corporate Trainer in Operations and Logistics at Tim Hortons head office and served as Communications Coordinator for Waste Management of Canada (a subsidiary of Waste Management Inc.).
