Digital Files I accept digital sound files in a variety of formats, including wav, mp3, wma, dvf, dss, ogg and FTR Gold CDs, plus many, many more! Most sound files can be converted for compatibility so whatever system you are using, please contact me to discuss. Simply email your digital recordings to IOM Typing Services. I will then transcribe your typing and email the completed letters or documents straight back to your inbox for printing off. Alternatively I can send you hard copies via post or save everything to CD or floppy disk. Audio Tapes Despite the benefits of digital and the rate at which this is overtaking the use of audio cassettes, I am still fully equipped to take your audio dictation, whether it be on standard, mini or micro sized cassettes. Collection and Delivery of Tapes If you are in the Isle of Man all collection and delivery of tapes and work is free of charge. If you are not local, then no matter where you are in the world, you can send me your audio tapes via post and I will transcribe them for you, returning your tapes securely via courier or registered/recorded/special delivery post. Either way, your work will be transcribed and returned in less time and at less cost than bringing in temps, paying overtime or recruiting extra staff. |
