Payment in full must be received before shipping.
The buyer has 24 hours from the time they receive the shipment to notify us of any problems with the animals.
After the 24 hour period our liability ends.
If the animal dies during shiping the animal's remains must be returned to our facility before restitution can be made.
Restitution includes a refund up to the price of the purchased animal or a replacment animal.
