RE:    Paul Treciokas,   B.Eng.  (Electrical)

To Whom It May Concern:

Paul Treciokas was employed by our Company from July 1985 to August 1988.  He worked on the development of a VHF Direction Finder, a complex instrument involving a new concept in direction finding.  He also worked on the designing of Air Traffic Control systems, customized for foreign buyers.  These systems included communication control electronics produced by our Company; the integration of VHF/UHF/HF radios; voice recording equipment; meteorological instrumentation; clock systems; etc., to produce and end result enabling an ATC Tower to operate.

He was hired by the Department of Transport to work on the VHF DF systems that we were then producing for DOT.  He was away for about a year; we re-hired him in January 1990 and employed him until November 1990, again as a development engineer.  We released him in November 1990 owing to a shortage of work in his field.

During the periods he was with us, he gained considerable experience in purchasing/sourcing activities involving electronics.

Paul is a fine employee, industrious, honest and imaginative and I have no hesitation in recommending him for employment.

                                                                        Yours very truly,

                                                                        R.P. Welland
