| Please mail this form to the Palms to Pines District Treasurer, Lois Bennett, 5281 King Street, Riverside, CA 92506-1624. For questions, please email [email protected] or call (951-849-8094). Membership shall consist of garden clubs, junior garden clubs and group organizations within the boundaries of the Palms to Pines District, who are members of California Garden Clubs, Inc. The fiscal year shall be from June 1 to May 31 of the following year. Clubs of 1 to 25 members shall pay District dues of $20.00; Clubs of 26 to 50 members shall pay District dues of $40.00; Clubs of 51 to 75 members shall pay District dues of $60; Clubs of 76 to 100 members shall pay District dues of $80; Clubs of 101 or more members shall pay District dues of $100. Each club shall participate in such fund-raising activities as are found necessary. Dues are payable on June 1 and considered delinquent on November 1. New clubs joining after January 1 shall have their membership dues prorated.
