Set for December 2nd, 7p.m. Room I423-424 (above the admissions office)
Set up will begin at 6p.m.
Need to arrange entertainment and keynote speaker.
Marvin will handle the paper and email invitations.
Jami G. will handle the Plant-Ops arrangements.
We need to set aside a time to inventory decorations and finalize shopping lists.

Marvin will design a new shirt for members this semester.
