Bmp2avi and pjBmp2avi

Bmp2avi v1.2 (a DOS program) and pjBmp2avi v1.0 (a GUI Windows program) are both Copyright � Paul Roberts 1996-1998. All Rights Reserved. These programs allow you to convert a set of bmp images into an avi movie file. I have tested the DOS program which works well for *most* types of bmp images and is very easy to use. See also Fast Movie Processor below.

It was originally written for image stacks in the BioRad .pic format so I have included some utilities and instructions written by Lance Ladic (Dept. of Physiology, University of B.C. Vancouver, B.C., Canada) which allows one to make a .pic formatted stack from standard formatted bmp or tiff images.
