Ami is the reincarnation of the Princess of Mercury and transforms into the Brains of the Sailor Senshi, Sailor Mercury. Luna gives her a pocket communicator and a (VR) virtual reality to help her talents, since she is the "Brains" of the group. To keep her position as the best student in Japan, she must study hard to always keep her grades up, even though she is already very intelligent! The schools she has attended: Crossroads Junior High, Brighton Academy, and in the evenings; Albert Einstein School for the Gifted. She wears glasses when she reads, has amazing talent for video games and has a great crush for the 3rd rainbow carrier - Urawa (English - Greg). Ami understands Usagi is more than just Sailor Moon but a young emotional girl. Her mother is a pediatrician and her father is an artist, in which they are separated.
